DKM makes significant investment

DKM has made significant investment during 2011 investing in world class Amada Punch Press technology, The Amada EM2510NT is the world’s fastest sheet metal punch press, capable of 1800 strokes per minute, it’s energy saving design makes it 60% more energy efficient than conventional models, this technology is at the centre of DKM’s production facility with machine tools capable of punching, shearing, and forming.

 

Commitment to quality and development earns DKM Sheet Metal ISO 9001:2008 certification

DKM Sheet Metal has received ISO Certification in recognition of the company’s compliance with quality process standards and effective quality management systems in the design, engineering and manufacturing of metal products.

Significant Investment for DKM

Significant investment has been made over the past two months enabling DKM to now offer a complete finishing service; the entire system consists of a 3-stage degreasing plant with iron phosphate pre-treat, a dry-off oven, a powder coating spray booth with over-spray powder collection system, and a powder coat-curing oven.
