Painting & Assembly

Significant investment has been made over the past two months enabling DKM to now offer a complete finishing service; the entire system consists of a 3-stage degreasing plant with iron phosphate pre-treat, a dry-off oven, a powder coating spray booth with over-spray powder collection system, and a powder coat-curing oven.

 

  • Surface preparation and pre-treatment is the foundation of the powder coating process!
  • It prepares the metallic surfaces for the powder application and insures a strong bond between the powder and the metal.
  • The Iron-Phosphate pre-treatment inhibits corrosion and insures a long lasting finish.

Zinc plate, anodising and alochrome is undertaken by approved suppliers.

Assembly

DKM offer a value added mechanical assembly area specializing in medium volume assembly work, offering mechanical sub assemblies to include hinges, locks, plastics and other machined items enabling a flow of final assembled products from our production line straight to market.
