DKM currently has eight dedicated welding bays all equipped to weld all ferrous and non-ferrous materials. DKM employs some of the most highly skilled sheetmetal welders, most of who are coded to various standards.

The ability of our operators to dress welded parts to match the original appearance or to provide the best surface for the application of other finishes are second to none.

LINE GRAINING

Line graining enables DKM to supply burr free parts, as well as producing a quality uniform polished finish.

ROLLING

DKM has the capability of rolling complex curves in components up to 1250mm long and 3mm thick.

SAWING

DKM use manual chop saws to cut and mitre aluminium or mild steel extrusions and box sections.
